For some time, we have been planning a trip to Alaska. After further thought, we have instead decided to drive up to the Northeast U.S., and then into the Canadian Maritime Provinces. We made this change since we have not been to this area of Canada but have been to Alaska twice. So, the Dutch Star now has new tires, tank is full and propane is topped off. We will leave around the first of May and will return in September. We plan on seeing the sights along the way, especially the Pennsylvania Dutch area in Pennsylvania, the Adirondack Mountains of New York; then will stay over a month in Nova Scotia. I'll try to keep a record of events. See you on the road ! We're so lucky to have family who move into our house in our absence. Otherwise, these long trips would be worrisome.
